Fast Universal Dual Controls will fit any vehicle and come as complete whether manual or automatic, hybrid, electric buses and coaches, hgv etc., as such cannot and are not intended to be vehicle specific, as you may replace your vehicle without having to purchase new dual controls. However as our Vehicle dual controls are non vehicle specific, some modification for fitting of dual controls may require slight adapation.

FAST Clutch Pedal Torsion Spring.
The torsion spring must be fitted to ensure correct operation of the clutch pedal on standard pedal sets.The spring is used to put slight downward pressure on the clutch pedal on the passenger side when the driver operates the car clutch pedal. This is necessary to ensure that the cable remains at the correct tension in use.
This spring is also used in reverse orientation to maintain upward pressure on the dual brake pedal in static pedal sets.>>>>

FAST Push Spring.
The push spring must be fitted to ensure correct operation of the clutch pedal on static pedal sets.The spring is used to maintain up the clutch pedal on the passenger side when the driver operates the car clutch pedal. Only for use in conjunction with
the FAST Run Free Clutch Pedal Clamp Assembly.

For use with FAST manual or automatic dual control kits the kit includes full and easy fitting instructions.

Purchasers Please Be Note
It is a legal requirement that any dual accelerator is removed from the vehicle before a driving test in Ireland. This is to ensure that there is no possibility that an examiner could accidentally operate the accelerator.

Fitting Instructions
You will need the following items to fit the unit: 10mm Sockets/spanner, Small flat head screwdriver. Stanley knife or similar, hacksaw, 3mm steel drill. Accelerator unit may be fully fitted after Dual controls are installed in vehicle, or can be part assembled prior to fitting DC unit to vehicle. You will also need a nut/bolt or self tapping screw suitable for your vehicle to attach the miniature pulley support.

Quick and Easy Removal
This kit is designed so that the dual accelerator can be completely removed for the purposes of a driving test.

You should only use genuine FAST replacement parts and cables. The use of non-recommended and inferior brands will invalidate your product warranty. Remember that inner and outer cables must be correctly lubricated and maintained.

Both inner and outer cables should be replaced with genuine F.A.S.T parts when the dual controls are removed and placed into another vehicle.
