Shipping and Delivery
 We ship your order to the address you specify. It is important that this address is accurate and should include your postal codes. It is also important that we have a mobile (cell) or daytime contact telephone number, as we ship by courier. If you are not in when attempted delivery is made, our couriers will contact you for an alternative delivery instruction.

We Aim to Deliver On Time...
Delivery times are generally next day however not guaranteed. Once goods are dispatched from our office, it is out of our control. Delivery times for overseas orders do not fall into this remit as delivery times will vary, according to the carrier, travel distance and country.

We recommend the Use of "Track and Trace" Facility...
On all our products and issue you with a code number where you can track your order along its journey. This is a fully insured delivery by Fastway Couriers, with generally next day delivery times (see below)  

An Post "Regular Postal" Unrecorded Deliveries
We would always recommend "recorded delivery of all our items from stock, however we can arrange for small (letterbox) deliveries to be sent by regular post, for example L or N plates, Tax Disc Holders,  not exceeding 250g in weight  or A5 in size.

"Please be aware by selecting this option means that it is, an unrecorded delivery service and as such, we cannot take any responsibility for items sent but, not received"

Please Select the Correct Type of Shipping
Once your order is complete, please select your mode of delivery at the checkout, please select from the list which will display the following...
  • Click and Collect, means that the order will be reserved for you and you will collect or arrange collection yourself (No Charge).  Note: If you have made a mistake and selected
    "Click and Collect" simply click the shipping image above or go to our store and select shipping to select your preference, along with your name and address.
  • Envelope by An Post. (minimum size and price postage) Posted by regular unrecorded post and your local postman, with the buyer taking full responsibility for postage.
    This option is only intended for small letterbox sized postage, e.g., tax and insurance disc holders "L" or "N" plates etc.,
    Remember your order must be able to fit through your letterbox  and you taking full responsibility for this option. see      An Post "Regular Postal" deliveries above 
  • Courier Shipping, recorded, through GPS track and trace and insured delivery of your order- Always Recommended 
  • Your Delivery...Our service extends to our delivery of your ordered products, Driving School Supplies mainly ship by courier, directly to your shipping address. 
  • Most products ship the next day however, please allow for a  2-3 day delivery time. Delivery times can never be guaranteed, as this process is passed to a third party, i.e. our approved Couriers are Fastway Couriers and an Post etc.,....
  • Delayed delivery times can in some cases be extended, mainly due to adverse weather conditions, wrong address, no postcode, vehicle breakdowns, etc., To ensure you have your order in time, it is always advisable to order well in advance of your intended date of use.
  • Overseas Orders.... We ship all over the world ...
    We ship our products all over the world, however please be advised of additional shipping costs and any home taxes which may apply upon delivery.
  • All shipping is on a "cost recovery basis" with no charges levied by us for packing.
  • There is a "basic flat charge of €50" on all export orders, however, if there is any shortfall or refund due we will advise and apply accordingly. In the case of "additional fees due"! we will contact you. In the case of a "refund" we will advise you and refund to your credit card.  Please note: All shipping is on a "cost recovery basis" with no charges levied by us for packing.

All goods displayed are exclusive of any taxes and shipping, if applicable, taxes and shipping will be shown at the checkout and on receipt for goods.  All payments made through our website to us are secure, your selected payment option are directed through secure third parties such as Pay Pal and Stripe payment systems. where we have no access to your personal credit card detail

When purchasing from us we never get your financial details, we simply get an instruction from our secure payment system called Stripe, that they have received your payment and to forward goods to you, thereafter Stripe pays us.

Refunds
We are advised that from May 2nd 2023 our payment partners, will no longer refund, full or partial refund of processing fees that you have paid to them, therefore, we are not in a position to make this processing refund  to you. Any refund request agreed with us, will be for the product or service only and not any credit card charges.

We are an internet shop, so personal callers are allowed, you may however you may order on line or by telephone and collect by appointment. You are also advised that we operate a 24/7 CCTV monitoring.
